Hi. My name's Mark and I appreciate
the opportunity to share my back-
ground with you.
As a graduate of Barberton High School
and Southern Ohio College, and a
resident of Norton, Ohio I am what you
might call a local boy. Happily married
with four busy children under the age of
seven - Cameron, Nicholas, Carter (all
boys) and Elivia (our only girl!). My days are pretty full - and we wouldn't
have it any other way. My wonderful wife, Natasia, and I work closely
together and she is a terrific help and support to me in my chosen
profession as a professional, certified and full time Realtor™.
In addition to buying and selling real estate as my profession, Natasia and I have been
investing in real estate personally since 1995. We have been through the buying and selling of
our own homes and investment properties and so
know and understand, first hand, every aspect of both professional and personal buying,
selling, and real estate investment. I sincerely feel this experience gives me a perspective
and additional knowledge that will help you in your real estate transactions, too.
Over the years, people have asked me why they should choose me to represent them. For me, the
answer is simple: I like working with people, I come straight to the point and I know real
estate. I am confident, and committed, and people that know me know I will find true and honest
answers to their questions; I will respect their concerns; and I will value their time and
money. Every client I work with can tell you I mean what I say, and that I do what I promise.
From the smallest detail to the biggest money matter, I sincerely try to help my clients and
make them feel good about their home buying or selling experience. Along the way, their
concerns become my concerns, even though Natasia sometimes teases me. Her favorite story is
when I had a client who was worried about her dog being at home alone when people were looking
at her house. He (the dog) wasn't accustomed to strangers and he was very important to her (my
client). She worried, and so I worried, too. I went over to her home for sale and played catch
with the family dog until the visitors left (every time).
For me, real estate is more than just a business. It's about people - real people, real lives
and real results. My clients are my business. And I have met such wonderful people as a
Realtor™ that I would never have known. The truth is, I fell for this business and now it's in
my blood. Whether I am listing a property for a former classmate's grandma in Norton or selling
a million dollar office building in Richfield, I never lose the client's perspective. Buying
and selling property is exciting and, as my clients often say, they see my excitement and it
makes the process easy and a lot of fun for them, too.
If you're considering buying or selling your real estate, I hope you'll give me a call. I sincerely look forward to being of service to you.
